Designed a new one stop shop portal to allow Clients to brief campaigns and collaborate with Media Planners.
Designed a visual audience builder tool for Media Planners to create and analyse complex audiences for media targeting.
Collaborated with POs, on and offshore development teams and other ecosystem project teams.
Babylon Health – Senior Product Designer

Senior Designer for the Babylon Health App (Android and iOS)
Improving existing features and creating new features and functionality for users to manage their prescriptions, referrals & tests.
Lead Designer for the Clinical Portal SaaS Product; a tool used by NHS and Bupa clinicians.

British Airways – Lead Product Designer

Lead Designer for British Airways Executive Club App (Android and iOS).
Redesign of existing app and adding improved usability and new features based on user feedback.
The app experienced an uplift in app Store ratings for both Google Play and App Store with a 4.6 star rating.
Shell – Lead Product Designer

Lead Designer for The Shell Recharge App (Android and iOS) - Europe’s largest electric vehicle charging network.
Shaping the end to end user experience and service design, including on and offline touch points.
Responsibilities include; stakeholder management, UX planning, prototyping, user testing and final UI design, in an agile environment.
John Lewis – Lead Product Designer
December 2016 – April 2018
Lead Product Designer for the award-winning Partner App - 14,000 active users across all UK (Engage Award 2017).
The Partner App has generated millions of pounds in instore sales to date and is used by every John Lewis store in the UK.
Lead Designer for the Customer App (iOS and Android) - a mobile & tablet app created in an agile delivery team. The app has been a huge customer success with a 4.7 star rating in the app store.
Key contributor to the John Lewis and Partners rebrand and accompanying John Lewis design system.

Aviva – Lead Designer

Designer on the Aviva Drive App (iOS)
Lead Designer for the Aviva Pension drawdown tool. This replaced an existing call centre method of withdrawing from your pension fund, saving the call centre time and money.
My designs helped to shape Aviva’s new design system, contributing to image selection, typography and icon creation.

BAE Systems AI – Senior Design Consultant UX/UI September 2014 – June 2016
Lead Designer for Yotel.com which resulted in a first place UK Digital Experience Award in the Retail/Travel/Hospitality category.
Design of data visualisation dashboard for Now TV.
Redesign project for MyVodafone App (iOS and Android).
Design lead for large scale security client. My work was seen as intuitive and well received by clients and stakeholders in various countries.
Production of UX Design guidelines and best practice documentation for The Home Office.

Creation of football fan companion app, from research phase through to pitch delivery. My ideas and execution were highly regarded within the company and are now being used as scaled white label app across other live sporting products.
